Refund Policy

Fennefox provides software products, SaaS platforms, AI solutions, machine learning services, and custom software development services.
Due to the nature of digital products and services, payments made for activated subscriptions, licenses, implementation services, or custom development work are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payments.
- Incorrect billing amount charged.
- Successful payment but service not activated.
- Technical failure attributable to Fennefox.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the payment date.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
